• Walk-ins are welcome if there are no current appointments. We highly suggest that you call ahead first to check for current openings. (813) 876-2727
• Prescriptions, authorizations, and referrals are required before booking an appointment. Please fax to (813) 876-2725 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

• New Patient Appointment duration: 1 Hour & 15 minutes.
• Please dress comfortably. Shirts with lines are preferred, but not required.
• If all items are in stock, you may leave same-day with your supplies.
